Jeremy Lucas of Chef’s Signature LLC in West Virginia brings a chef’s precision and creativity into the world of peppers. After years spent running restaurants and overseeing large-scale food operations, including serving as Food & Beverage Director for the State of West Virginia where he managed dining for the governor, senators, and thousands of employees and visitors, Jeremy decided to channel his expertise into something more personal.
What began as a hobby soon turned into a passion. Chef’s Signature LLC now produces a variety of all-natural condiments, from hot sauces and salsas to pepper jams, alongside the fiery peppers themselves. Jeremy’s background in the culinary world informs his approach. Every pepper grown is considered for its flavor, balance, and how it can elevate food.
Today, Chef’s Signature is known for peppers that are grown with care and intention, not just for heat but for the stories and experiences they bring to the table. Jeremy continues to experiment with new varieties, always with an eye toward flavor, tradition, and innovation.
