Measuring Heat + Lab Testing

The Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) is the standard measure of a pepper's heat, but it can be subjective. To ensure consistency across our kits, SpiceQuest employs rigorous lab testing, including High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), the gold standard for measuring capsaicin content.

Top notch! Very happy with my purchase. Will def buy again. If you’re on the edge about purchasing this don’t be. I was worried 3M shu may be a little over the top but you have complete control over how much you use. Perfect product!
