Shipping policy

You should allow 24-48 to process your orders. Expect an email within 12-24 hours to let you know your order is on the way.

Orders are generally shipped within the same day if placed before 2 PM Pacific Standard Time.

If you select FREE SHIPPING (with a 1-2 week expected shipping time frame), we will strive to get the order out sooner, but we cannot guarantee this.

If you select a specific shipping option (e.g., ground shipping), we will occasionally upgrade the selected option to ensure more expedited shipping. We will do our best to notify the customer when such changes are made.

Once you receive an email confirming delivery of your product, you have 48 hours to notify if your product has not been received. By not notifying us within 48 hours, you are agreeing that you have received the item, and releasing SpiceQuest of all future liability, including disputing that you have received such items and initiating chargebacks with your bank.  

If you have not received your item despite receiving a notification from the shipping carrier that it was delivered, and you contact us within 48 hours, we will do everything possible to assist you in tracking down the item and helping resolve the matter.
