Allison Soeung runs Sky High Farms, a small family-owned farm in East Fayetteville, Arkansas, that grows everything from familiar sweet peppers to rare varieties and superhots. Her White Habanero is the pepper behind our newest Limited Edition.

How Sky High Farms Started

What starts as a few pepper plants can become quite a passion. For Sky High Farms, a pepper-growing hobby grew into a working farm, one season and one new variety at a time. The focus from the beginning has been range: colors, flavors, and heat levels most people never see at a grocery store.

Today the farm grows peppers across the whole spectrum, from mild and sweet to the kind that demand respect.

Growing Approach

Sky High Farms describes its approach as natural and sustainable. Beyond the farm gate, its peppers reach local shoppers through Ozark Natural Foods and the Goshen Farmers Market. The farm also turns its harvest into freeze-dried peppers for cooking, sauces, and spice blends.

  • Snow White Habanero — Creamy-white pods with the fruity character habanero lovers expect and a sharp, fast-arriving heat. The pepper in our White Habanero 2026 Limited Edition.
  • Datil — A Florida heirloom with habanero-level heat and a sweeter, fruitier profile than most of its chinense cousins.
  • Chocolate Trinidad Scorpion — A superhot with deep, earthy flavor under a slow-building, long-lasting burn.
  • A rotating cast of sweet peppers and unusual varieties that give pepper lovers something new to explore each season.
