The Hillbilly Kitchen X SpiceQuest

Down Home Country Cooking, with a little extra heat

Sometimes the best partnerships happen the old-fashioned way: someone tries the product in their own kitchen, in the middle of real life, and it just works.

Becky and The Hillbilly Kitchen found SpiceQuest through Becky’s husband, Jim, who reached out after discovering our grinders and thought they would be a perfect fit for the show (and because he's obsessed with spice!). I sent them a kit to check out, and then a week later I received a message from Jim that Becky pulled out the spices during an episode shoot and used them on the spot. They loved how they performed, and they were excited to share it with me.

That is the kind of “yes” we care about.

The Hillbilly Kitchen

The Hillbilly Kitchen is a beloved YouTube cooking show built around real food, clear instruction, and a deep respect for home and family. Becky teaches the kind of cooking that does not need a special occasion: everyday meals, comfort staples, and the classics you make because the people you love are hungry. The recipes are practical, the steps are easy to follow, and the tone feels like you are standing at the counter with a friend.

The show has been sharing recipes online since 2014 and has reached a massive audience (over 1 million subscribers!), with viewers tuning in for both the food and the heart behind it.

About Becky

Becky (Becky Walker) is the kind of cook you trust quickly because nothing is performed. She teaches with clarity, warmth, and a steady pace that makes you think, “Okay, I can actually do this.” Her kitchen feels lived-in, not staged, and her message is consistent: good food does not have to be fancy to be worth making.

Faith is also part of the fabric of the channel, and Becky is open about it in the way she welcomes people in and encourages them.

I had a chance to personally connect with Becky, and we spoke over almost two hours about everything from food, American companies, entrepreneurship, and most importantly, how we both share a deep passion for bringing people together, serving the community, and focusing on what unites us, not what separates us. We agreed that people have a lot more in common than the media would like us to believe. Frankly, you don't need to look any further than the way we respected each other, and supported each other, to believe that.

Please check out and subscribe to The Hillybilly Kitchen, and discover the wonderful world of Becky and her food.

Also, check out the full episode where Becky uses the SpiceQuest ProKit here as she prepares the most amazing Creamy Hamburger Soup. At about 10 and half minutes in she brings in SpiceQuest to spice up her soup!

Hopefully, this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship and partnership.
