Published sources consistently credit Jeff Remmert as Deadpool's breeder, but they do not agree on the pepper's exact parentage. Some report a cross involving Carolina Reaper, 7 Pot Red, and Chocolate Bhutlah. Another reports Naga Viper and Naga Bubblegum.
