Our pure-pepper varieties contain 100% organic chili pepper flakes, with no added salt, preservatives, or other ingredients.

Added capsaicin extract.
Selected ultra-hot products, including Sweetheat, PepperPlegic, and no. 11, also contain natural capsaicin extract to increase their heat.
A note about capsaicin.
Capsaicin occurs naturally in hot chili peppers, including those with no added extract.
Allergies & health considerations.
If you have a known allergy to chili peppers or capsaicin, do not use our pepper-containing products.
