The full heat spectrum, beautifully organized and ready to travel

Full Spectrum Ultra brings together the Pro Kit, the no. 11 Hellraiser, the Carousel Holder, and one Travel Case. Explore eleven distinct heat levels at home, then take a favorite grinder with you.

What is inside

• PRO KIT (NO. 1 THROUGH NO. 10): ten prefilled, refillable push-button grinders. Choose Ferrari Red or Onyx Black.
• STANDARD ACRYLIC HOLDER: the included 5 x 2 display for the ten Pro Kit grinders.
• NO. 11 HELLRAISER: one additional grinder beyond the Pro Kit heat scale.
• CAROUSEL HOLDER: a rotating acrylic display for all eleven grinders.
• TRAVEL CASE: one case for one grinder, with a stopper to help prevent spills. Choose Black, Midnight Blue, or Fire Red.

One case is included, in the color you select. The image shows the Black case. The Standard Acrylic Holder is also included inside the Pro Kit.

The full heat spectrum: no. 1 through no. 11

Start with the warmth of no. 1, explore each pepper, and keep no. 11 for moments when you deliberately want extreme heat. Select a grinder below to read about it on its own product page.

1. No. 1 Pequin
2. No. 2 Scotch Bonnet
3. No. 3 Bird's Eye
4. No. 4 Habanero
5. No. 5 Ghost Pepper
6. No. 6 7-Pot Brain Strain
7. No. 7 Red Moruga Trinidad Scorpion
8. No. 8 Butch T Trinidad Scorpion
9. No. 9 Reaper X
10. No. 10 Carolina Reaper
11. No. 11 Hellraiser

Each grinder gives you one-handed control over how much spice you add. The grinders are designed to be refilled and reused. No. 11 is extremely hot; start with a very small amount and handle it with care.

Display the collection. Carry your favorite.

The Carousel Holder keeps all eleven grinders in one easy-to-explore display. The included Standard Acrylic Holder offers another way to arrange no. 1 through no. 10. When you leave the kitchen, put one grinder in the travel case and use its stopper to help keep spice contained.
