"Thunder from Down Under "
Introducing the RB003 Pepper: a formidable fusion of heat and flavor that commands attention. This superhot variety, meticulously bred by Australian grower Ross Barber, is a cross between the Carolina Reaper and the 7 Pot Brainstrain. The result is a pepper that not only delivers an intense, fiery heat but also offers a depth of flavor that will elevate your culinary creations.
A Visual & Sensory Powerhouse
The RB003 peppers are unmistakable, with their gnarly, bumpy pods and distinct tails. They ripen from a vibrant lime green to a deep, dark red, signaling their readiness to deliver a heat that rivals the world's hottest peppers. Despite their fierce appearance, these peppers are known for their surprisingly fruity flavor notes, adding a unique twist to their intense heat.
- Hot (7/10) ~750k SHU (currently being tested)
- A swift, searing heat that erupts almost immediately upon consumption.
- Relentless and enduring, leaving a lasting impression that true heat seekers will appreciate.
- The burn starts at the tip of the tongue and spreads with a deep, throbbing sensation to the back of the throat.
- Beyond their heat, RB003 peppers offer a fruity flavor that can enhance a variety of dishes. They are ideal for making hot sauces, powders, or for those daring enough, used fresh to add a fiery kick to meals. Their unique appearance also makes them a conversation starter in any garden or kitchen.

Love the heat
Ordered and paid by PayPal. Came way faster than expected since the site said pre-order. Perfect timing I guess. I was floored that it’s hand numbered and so limited. Mine is 13/25. I didn’t know whether to use it or store it for 10 years and sell it for $1M as a collector item. It’s very good. Great flavor. It’s just not very hot to me. I also have the 6-10 set and an 11. I love the packaging and quality of the product.
Appreciate the support! Love that you got one of the limited batches—it makes them fun to put out. If you're chasing more heat, sounds like you've got the right lineup to turn it up. Glad you're into the packaging and quality—that stuff matters to me. Thanks for being part of this!
