Description:
The White Knight is a striking white chile born from a stable cross of Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion and White Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper). Pods reach 3–4 inches in length, twisting into gnarly, pointy forms crowned with tail-like tips. They mature from pale green to creamy white and finally to an almost pure white hue.

Heat:

• This particular batch is quite mild, a 1 or 2 (out of 10) in our core kit.  ~25k SHU.
