The Pepper
Green Apple HotDots are made with Mustard Primotalii, chosen for its distinct character and steady heat. Here, it gives the candy structure and presence while still letting the fruit do the talking.
The Collaboration
HotDots are made by Travis Brown of T’s WickedSpice in collaboration with SpiceQuest. Travis grows the peppers himself and produces the candy in small batches, shaping each flavor until sweetness and heat meet cleanly.
The Format
Each pocket-sized metal tin contains 25 small hard candies, designed to be taken on the go and enjoyed one dot at a time.
